Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City Plot

The film opens with a presentation of the starting points of the Umbrella Partnership which toward the start of the 21st century is the world’s greatest aggregate substances while it’s political and financial impact is felt everywhere.But unbeknownst to the public it conceals a vile and criminal mystery that the actual megacorporation is associated with bioweaponry and hereditary experimentation. 

Under Raccoon City exists a hereditary exploration office called the Hive, claimed by the Umbrella Organization. A cheat takes the hereditarily designed T-infection and sullies the Hive with it. Accordingly, the office’s computerized reasoning, the Red Sovereign, seals the Hive and kills everybody inside.
